Payment Policies:

If the trip date is more that 30 days from today, a 50% deposit will be required at the time of reservation for confirmation of services.  The final balance must be paid at least 3 days before the trip date.


If less than 30 days to arrival, the payment must be 100% of the total amount, and must be completed at the time of the reservation.


All services must be 100% paid before the trip.


We cannot guarantee confirmed reservations if the deposit and/or balance are not paid at the due date, as indicated by our representative, and services may be cancelled without notice.


Any service fees, bank charges or processing/transfer fees are the responsibility of the sender. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation if the deposit and/or balances are not paid at the due date, as indicated by our representative.

Reservation and Cancelation Policies:

All reservations must be made in writing by e-mail to reservations@coralyachtadventures.com.


Every request will be answered in the next 24-48 hours of receipt of the request (please consider the time difference between countries). If for any reason, more time is needed an explanation will be sent to the client.

All reservations and requests are subject to our written confirmation and the acceptance of the detailed reservation policies - which are considered accepted by each client at the time of reservation and/or through the payment of the deposit, when requested.


All cancellations must be received in writing either by e-mail and will be reconfirmed in writing. The following charges  will apply when cancellation is made after the booking is con-firmed by Coral Yacht Adventures.


Refund Policy:


Low season from May to November:

Cancellations more than 30 days prior arrival: 100% refund
Cancellations more than 15 days prior arrival: 75% refund
Cancellations more than 7 days prior arrival: 50% refund
Cancellations more than 3 days prior arrival: 25% refund
Cancellations less than 72 hours prior arrival: 0% refund

High season from December to April:


Cancellations more than 45 days prior arrival: 100% refund

Cancellations more than 30 days prior arrival: 75% refund

Cancellations more than 15 days prior arrival: 50% refund
Cancellations more than 7 days prior arrival: 25% refund
Cancellations less than 7 days prior arrival: 0% refund

Coral Yacht Adventures reserves the right to cancel any tour, any time, for security reasons (weather and sea conditions). In those cases, a full refund will apply, with no other penalties.





A Waiver of Liability must be filled and signed individually by all participants from 18 years old. Children under 18 will be included in one of the parent’s waiver. No one, under any circumstance, will be allowed to board the yachts and participate in the tours and activities without accepting and signing that document.


Denial to sign this Liability Waiver before departure will cause the cancellation of the tour, with no refund and no responsibility for Coral Yacht Adventures.
